Returns Policy

Introduction
MarineSpares Wholesale LTD complies with our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and will repair, replace or refund faulty goods. However we may not be able to offer returns for items purchased in error. Please choose carefully and if in doubt contact us before placing an order. 

Receipt of delivered goods
Please contact us as soon as possible if your purchase does not arrive within 3 working days or arrives in a damaged condition. We will liaise with the courier company to identify the delay or organise an insurance claim.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition you received it. Proof of purchase is required for all returns such as a receipt or invoice. 

Return Shipping (if applicable)
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 37 East Street Papakura Auckland NZ 2110. Please contact us first before organising return shipping.
Unless covered by warranty or obligated under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, return shipping is at your own expense.

Warranty Claims
All products sold by MarineSpares Wholesale LTD have a standard 1 year limited warranty that covers faulty goods. Damage from misuse, accident, negligence, inappropriate or improper operation, maintenance, installation, modification or adjustment is not covered by warranty. If you need to make a warranty claim please contact us so we can make arrangements to remedy the situation.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied using the original payment method. It may take up to 3 working days for the credit to appear on some credit cards. Shipping costs are not eligible to be refunded on cancelled orders or voluntary returns.
